Like every year during The Ghent Festivities 'De Vooruit' is the location for 10 Days Off
Mostly uninteresting nights for my taste, but still ... some quality names/days caught my attention

day 9 looks nice indeed. But the last few years Ive skipped TDO completely
The first editions were the coolest, and the first editions in vooruit were cool too.
After that it lost its magic (for Me that is), nowadays I go straight to the Duvel-tent and try to break My personal record while singing along to born to wild and dancing the Macarena

yeah, most of the days it's just a plain (mainstream) electronic music festival now..
the last years I hop in one or two nights 'coz i still like de vooruit and some line-ups
but the TDO(T) Starbuilding nights (near Gravensteen) ain't coming back, that's a fact...

i've seen Red D & Lady Linn a couple of times in a small(er) venue and it really got me going.. soundtroubles this time apparently

i went Sunday, but besides Kraak & Smaak it was a waste of time
herkansing next Sunday

Yeah starbuilding nights were the best. I can remeber Ken Ishi was being flown in for one of his first gigs in Belgium (i think) He brought his family with Him and was having big fun when playing a funky techno set, one of his best Ive heard, now it seems to be more like schranz what He is playing. 5 of the 10 days was My avarage back then.

A little tragedy for the Gentse feesten last night Ive heard.. Not so good.
Ill probably hit the Ghent streets friday

Black Dog was nice, Radioactive Man and Robert Hood didn't blow me away. More interesting music on the Vlasmarkt and bataclan. Had a great weekend anyway.

came in a bit after 0h .. Spacid was doing his best to start the party in a 1/3 - 1/2 filled Vooruit..
very good warm-up, definitely last 30 min..
The Black Dog got me going too.. good build-up.. place was almost filled now, more atmosphere
Radioactive man was ok.. nothing more, nothing less
left after that: gf & vlasmarkt calling
