interesting how there are so few responses. still a difficult subject for europeans?
on topic: there's a market for everything out there. and this is a powerful piece of history (like it or not). I wouldn't wonder if it were priced even higher.

it's a nice jacket and i guess some freaks are willing to pay such amounts for it. it doesn't mean you are a nazi or agree with their methods if you like it. for some people militaria and military history is a hobby, in the same way some like violent films or listen to italo

not everyone here is from europe 
so, ive seen this marketplace once when i was in bulgaria, this flee market just packed with these: from stamps to pistols to lighters, caps, etc.. not as expensive btw.
but collecting these privately? . agh.. museums maybe yeah.
and well yeah, violent films and all - but this was no film, eh?

no, but i don't think it's harmful either. of course an auction like that attracts nutters, but it doesn't necessarily mean all of them are. some like the aesthetics. weren't nazi uniforms designed by hugo boss btw?

The only thing that I would buy with an SS logo or swastika on it is a Microphone
But they are really expensive..
Still its all history, but maybe better that Auswitz will be restored for history purposes
instead of holocaust freaks that collect stuff like this

What I meant by my response is that if you have 17+g's rolling around and you spend it on a Nazi uniform that seems incredibly stupid.
I can understand collecting military/historical artifacts, I just fail to see how you could spend that much money on something so impractical (believe me, I'm into electronic music, I'm totally impractical).

Bye the way, i heard from an headshop owner that the OCB papers everybody rolls the joints with, should also have somthing to do with the nazis.

depends how much money you have. For some its not a big amount. Also it could be seen as an investment in case its rare.
