I am looking for shelves like these. You got them at Ikea? I went to the website and couldn't find them. What are they called exactly.

main console-furniture mostly custom made bij Musicstore.de for me, and addons custom built by myself.
After months of putting off cleaning the study, i've finally done. I have to plug everything into the mixer and get some shelves/desks and some monitors, but it's coming together slowly.

He he, I've got one too. First machine I ever bought since I play percussion. Haven't used if for ages though.
Here's where I spend a lot of my time not finishing things.
2/3 cockpit, 1/3 girlfriends closet. Her clothing actually provides some decent sound dampening.

@ Forax - The LXP-15 sounds great in IMO ... I've owned a few of the newer MX's before and I think the LX is far superior. I may get another one
@ Rat - Yeah, unfortunately the MPC isn't getting much love these days. As for the laptop, I have tons of patches stored on it and have been too lazy to get them off. Also I use that computer for futzing around with stuff I wouldn't want to necessarily touch with my other computers. That laptop has Linux, XP and Vista on it.
