but it's in fact tempting to go in the opposite direction cos there's generally less autonomy than actually necessary, these people love everything that's into top 40, those people hate everything that's into top 40, both aren't autonomous.

no no, r4r is a great community, ifm is #1 station galaxywide, but e.g. amy winehouse as well isn't shit, i think, very good relation between culturally depth and mass compatibility.
