@mekonin:
no no, the yugo rocked in its own way.. like the ladas, trabants and skodas of the past, they were an interesting and cheap alternative for western cars.. these days, its almost impossible to tell one car from another.. at least you could spot a yugo a mile away..

yeah i agree, yugo carries a certain charm with it

i have a lot of bad memories of yugo though, i was driving one in my driving school
and all those communist cars were almost obligatory, they were cheap but of poor quality and looks. although you can always expect of Lada to ignite, even if it's 40 degrees below zero

same here
and to think it was a really new yugo, from 2004 or so
a lot of interesting stories about yugo

"And when Bagpuss was asleep,
All his friends were asleep.
The mice were ornaments on the mouse organ.
Gabriel and Madeleine were just dolls.
Professor Yaffle was just an old wooden bookend in the shape of a woodpecker.
Even Bagpuss himself, once he was asleep, was just an old, saggy cloth cat,
Baggy, and a bit loose at the seams,
But Emily loved him"
Genius.
RIP
The Clangers was very inspired for my old sister and me...
i'll play the "Iron Chicken and the Music Trees" for his memory.
