first some ultraspicy jalapenos filled with ewe's cheese and after that a good pizza funghi from the charcoal oven. yummie!
Today I finished off some GLORIOUS crab chowder I made last week... unbelievably rich and sweet with all the crab and corn and cream and potatoes and bacon, oh, so much bacon... dammit, now I wish I had some more!

oven dish of mashed potatoe, chicory, smoked salmon and brie, with a gravy of oyster mushrooms, cinnamon and port.
Mushroom gravy with cinnamon??? That sounds horrible or not?
noooooo... that's the shit! chop up some onions and garlic and the mushrooms, bake them in cream butter, add some port and two cinnamon sticks and cook untill it is reduced, then add water for it to become a gravy.. is super tasty! oh, also some grof gemalen pepper and salt.
@star: and Eye of newt, and toe of frog, wool of bat...
just pan-fried me up some king prawns with green peppers, red onions and shallots, mixed through fresh linguine big fuck-off bottle of heineken to go nicely with it...not bad for a lazy day

We chargrilled them on the BBQ.....but, the meat comes with stacks of quality literature about how to perfectly cook, panfry, roast, braise, slow cook...almost ever kind and cut of meat, these guys are serious bizness.

The only thing is, you may be limited with delivery dates(and possibly stock)...it being xmas an all, but they are dead helpful..give em a buzz.
this stuff really is pure nirvana for us carnivore's
