Topic: where should I go in 2025 for a few months in europe?

I want to go somewhere with a music scene. Preferably IFM/cybernetic adjacent music varieties 2025. I am getting off a 120 day oil tanker stint in the pacific refueling the american war machines Battle Group. I want to go to a European city where I can spend the days building tracks on my MC101 and various supplemental sound machines, and spend the nights dancing, planning, and plotting with music producers.

i speak spanish/portuguese and some russian.

I want to make my 40th birthday special in a few months.

A few years ago my answer would be Kiev, but alas...

Warsaw is nice though. Poland has a healthy music scene right now with amazing stuff all across different genres.

Well, if you speak Portugese... I really enjoyed Porto when I visited a few years back. Nice raw harbour city vibes, excellent museum, food cheap and good, great wines. Make a stopover at Sintra for a nicely touristy experience.

these are good suggestions, I have never been to portugal, seems comfy. Warsaw seems pretty cool, one time I stayed at one of those cube hotels for a couple days when I visited. I don't really know much about Poland, could this be the prussian adventure I have always dreamed of?

Pawel Blot moved back to Warsaw a while back and seems to be enjoying himself.
Are you still in touch with Floris? He visited Pawel a while back so might be able to give you some first hand experiences!

damn.. Yeah I am in touch with floris on and off these last years. Def, the coolest most positive guy.

I think I am going to go to Tbilisi, I am just too enchanted by their writing system and language. But from there it seems to fly to Poland so I might go check it out. Imagine if you could speak Georgian, all those consonants in one word..
