They will always hold a special place in my heart, a global phenomenon that all started in Glasgow...I still have my ticket stub from the 1997 Halloween party at the Barrowlands. They took house and techno out of the underground into the mainstream like no one else. They fact they were able to take rocking hard machine funk and sell it to the masses still amazes me..
Fair amount of pish in their later years, but still...
