poor dog..
i'm hoping for either the ultimate european classic in the final, or the south american one. as long as brasil don't win it i'll be happy... certainly looks like we'll have the support of the brazilian crowd against argentina tomorrow.
de elftal is going to make it this time..
yikes
the day that football died
football triumphed in this game. Brazil got what they deserved.
Yeah, I agree...Fernandinho has been cynically targeting and kicking lumps out of opposition star players and getting away with it. The Germans made it look so easy, one/two touches...and they were away in acres of space, obviously assisted by David Luiz on some sort of kamikaze mission.
Hoping the Dutch triumph today..
no flair with germany. just power. boring to watch.

i thought the germans played some great combination football. admitted, the brazilian defence was lost like a little child in the park most of the time. no silva made the brazil team crumble like i've never seen before.
and definitely a touch of guardiola's hand in the german team..

talented guys, but easy to pass around a statue
and definitely a touch of guardiola's hand in the german team..
without the tricks and flicks it's a pale comparison
0 :5 after 30min.. that was fun!
wanna see the german and dutch machines grind it out to da bitter ende

Don't agree: Germany has everything. A complete team.
Brazil lost because they made a team against Brazilian nature. Not selecting Ronaldinho, Robinho & Kaka, but chosing dreadful players like Fred & Hulk, was a big mistake. It's a Brazil team missing the thing a Brazil team should have : samba, flair, call it what you want, they did not have it (bar Neymar).
but if german football is the new model, would you not be disappointed? individual creativity will be nullified in favor of reliable effectiveness. it's great if germany is your team, but i'm just a bystander who wants some entertainment. i guess it will come full circle again anyway... hopefully.

Yikes!
Seriously, except against Brazil, Germany didn't do a very exciting game, i mean they win with a lot of difficulties (Ghana (2-2), Algeria, even France)
Well done Germany,..am now going to have to book myself into a clinic to deal with football withdrawal symptoms.
