So after all these years I'm finally visiting the motor city on the weekend of 27 - 29 sept. Any tips about where to go / what to avoid and maybe some record buying and good music? Thanks!

heidelberg thing looks nice, i would be up for that.

i just took a random picture from the internet coming up for "detroit abandoned places" for my picture, it is some cinema i think, but i would really like to stroll around such places a bit.
