flor de cana / 15 years(nicaragua)
matusalem / 23 years (dominican republic)
santa teresa 1796 (venezuela)
angostura 1824 /12 years
pyrat xo (anguilla)
pampero aniversario (venezuela)
diplomatico 15 years (venezuela)
among the cheapest ones (havana 7, mount gay,captain morgan etc) & easiest to find i would recommend the "barcelo" anejo (dominican republic)

but if you're looking for something on the cheaper side Don, i picked up a bottle of RON PALMA MULATA - Anejo Gran Reserva 7 Year Old from Aldi's(or was it Lidl's?, i always get them mixed up) for £14 or such, great for the price.
i don't think you can grab 7 years old rum in lidl 
well, not in france & even not in spain so i'd be surprised if you can in scotland 
the plantation are very good rums yes, never had the opportunity to taste very old 3 rivieres because french carribean rums,even if good, are really overpriced. a 5 year only for 55 quids is plain crazy imho even if just a bit cheaper in france it remains insanely expensive.

Champagne because I had a really shitty day with bad family news and I can use something to get my mind of things (don't mistake it with a celebration!)
