It is a very dodgy business selling records for so much money on ebay, all the buyer needs to do is say the record is damaged, open a dispute on ebay then send back any record they like, provide a tracking number and ebay will 99% of the time refund their money. Stuff like this has happened to me personally and I would never sell anything very valuable on evilbay again, there is not protection for the sellers!!

It's (mine and most do I guess) got a sticker (scroll down) on the sleeve saying "20th anniversary of house music"!! How more clear can one be?
Then again the sticker also says "the very first house record"....what do you want to believe?...
