There's been a few combined Barcelona threads, but I figured there should be a dedicated one...
Ok, so as it goes, I'll be in Barcelona from June 18-21. Apparently, there's some little festival going on there at the same time.
My question: Is there anything actually worth checking out at or around Sonar that weekend? Any non-minimal parties going down?

It looks like Marco Passarani plays a Final Frontier party at the Minusa on the 18th; that same night there's Rob Hood at the Nitsa Club.
Other than that it looks like solid minimal/tech house stuff. A lot of it is just the same old nonsense.
Grace Jones is playing the festival, which should be interesting.
Yeah.ive seen a few lists. Totally schminimal. sigh.
Ill prolly go check out some gaudi and picaso instead.

Well there is robert hood for the minimal nation tour in nitsa on thursday - thats the better minimal 
and passarani somewhere else as an alternative.
Unfortunately I'm there with family, and for saturday I'm forced to go and see dj hell because my grandmother (seriously) wants to go there to see the dude from austria christian prommer play there. Luckily thats only till 22:00...
For the rest only blip blip plastic minimalo as far as I can see...

I'll be rolling around fairly deep, so it may be a hassle to move the group in one direction or another...Maybe I'll split off if there's something worth splitting off for.

imo whenever clarke is spinnin electro it's decent. most mixes i heard are nice.
I'll be in Barcelona from 13th to 20th of August, any events there? Any robots who want to hang out?
After Barcelona we will be heading to Valencia, so the same goes for it just the week after.
will be in town during sonar. wd be cool to have some updates about nice recordstores, cocktailbars or restaurants. i don't really expect nice robot music during the festival but let's dream & let me know !
