Re: New COCKpits & GearPics
Does anyone know where those Lite aluminum boxes are avaliable like the one in MONO/POLY's Suitcase? I have seen those in the buchla DIY Folder's also. They look lite and cheap. They look Eurorack 3U size.

Ruud: this is the first of a series of 4
Blue Maquina: http://www.aiconsol.com/ac-423-bud.html
a left handed J and a right handed Flying V? you're complicating your life, Ruud
alex: the beauty of a flying v is that its symmetrical. so i just had to convert the strings and now its a lefty too..
it was always horror to find lefgt handed guitars, but these days there are tons of them on ebay from china. just yesterday i found this:
http://cgi.ebay.nl/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie … K:MEWAX:IT
i mean.. if you wanna be beyond jimmy page, here's your chance..
we finally got one of those ikea shelves to get our studio more proper.
missing is the SC six track, SC p-600 and a yamaha cs-5 that we tour with too regularly to rack up. oh and of course a bazillion stomp boxes we've collected over the years.
Very nice indeed!
I like the sad, unused Computer screen under the table
Are you working on a new "Beats for Jay" version for the Demo Contest BTW?
WOOT....!!!! Has Mr. Rod left the studio?????
Very nice indeed!

haha it's cowering from all the analog muscle in the room.
nice set up mono-poly! are you tweaking that stomp box on the left?
screenvinylimage: anyone who has a new order poster on their wall can only rock..
is that an r50 or an r100?
mono: that looks nice now!

I make bends by touching the pcb.

Yeah and i got some more planned

thx rude! yeah that new order poster is an original too, it's tattered and ripped to hell.
that's an r100, just like yours only i haven't picked up the extra banks yet... reminds me i need to check on ebay..

nice! what type of pedal is it?
I'll check tomorw
But the best ones are the behringer boss distortion copy's.
Plug a plug into the input with nothing connected.
Put the output into the mixer and play it y touching the pcb.
now only thing what would make it finished is a TYROS III
I'll check tomorw

Another good hack on behringer also are those Analog delays they have. There is a trimmer inside where you can convert to a frontpot and you will have more control over the length. If you combine (2) units with a dual pot you will have a stereo Analog Delay for about $60.00

do you mean the vd400 from behringer? do they have that too? would be great. i´ll look into it today.
yes that is it, you will see a trimmer inside, that determines Regenerator Legnth, it was meant to be a pot but i think they ran out of room because it is definite tweakable. If you think your going to do the Stereo Mod. You need (2) of them, and desolder the Pots on the PCB. THen with (4) Dual Pots and wires tapping into where the OG pots were and trimmers were your able to control both vd400's. The Case becomes the problem since the Jacks are on the sides it gets wierd because you have 2. You might have to desolder those and run wires. I never bothered with a case and mine is raw, Also remember that the jacks are Switch configured meaning that sound turns off when nothing is plugged into the input.
For the cost it is very worth it even for a mono VD400 with the Trimmer Mod. It is really Analog.
The Behringer Digital Delay is fun also, but it will not do live UFO or time warp like the VD400. But for a Static Mixer Send The digital Delay is the Shit.

It's my bandmate on the picture.
we used a guitar pod 2.0 tonight and I really I liked it, no more loud amps! It helps that it goes into a space echo right after.
Nice studio, and a nice picture, although you can't really see much Did you make some sort of drawers for your synths?

woah, that is great. do you have any photos, schematics or links where this mod is described? i´m dont know nearly nothing about elecronics and to do so, i would need some kinda step by step guide. you could never find out where to place those additional pots. can´t i use the direct out jack for the stereo out?
i really lve this delay for it´s price. spacy and kinda dirty, even if it is mono, tho.
thanks in advance
p.s. i opened this things and i can see the trimmer pot. to replace this alone shouldnt be a problem. with wich kind of pot can the original one be replaced?
Mono's currently winning for being possibly the only person in the world who has the Fenix Version 2!

Thanks,
I made the a-frame style stand on the right, the Juno and tridents are on normal x-stands.
I'll make more pics when I get all my gear back from my tech's.

Second person.
@Tony Cops, those pods are pretty cool. we use the vox tone lab when it gets too late to run an amp.. it's nice to have the option get a real amp sound when it's 3am and you get an idea to track down.
@blue maquina, cool tips on the behringer mods!
