When I bought the 5's in 1990? I got a note from my parents to get permission to wear them to school, I kid you not before it even got to lunch I was warned by several people to go home as there was rumours I was going to get jumped, I laughed it off. Sure enough a group of dudes walk right up to me and demand them, I ran home as fast as I could, lucky I lived around the corner..
SAme thing happened when a friend bought me a LA raiders starter cap (around the time PE and NWA were huge) from the states, it lasted 10 minutes and it was gone. GOOD TIMES!

i always try to avoid to buy stuff from there, but it's almost impossible these days!
see those timberlands i got are also made in china, only i saw it too late.
but hey, i got me new glasses and they are made in germany.
actually they are from a manufactury 10 kilometers from my hometown.
took me a long time to find the right ones, without a logo or shit like that!

I think the skull jacket lost a lot going from sketch to clothing. And yeah, now that you mention it, the lion hood does sort of remind me of those baby clothes with ears
