Simply a strong drink (preferrably good brown rum) on the rocks with some E dropped in the glass. I'm not exactly sure what E tablets do when you drop them in an alcoholic drink but it'll probably work.
Would look fancier in a cosmopolitan I guess, but you'd have to put it on the rocks (which isn't the authentic way to have it).

You could do something with the sleeveart of the Disco Fizz LP (the lady has a cocktail-like figure). Or maybe with mint (toothpaste) taste?
Gin Fizz is one of those really old classic drinks. It's gin, lemonjuice, sugar, and filled up with sparkly water. Funny I just bought the album recently, but didn't think of it
