I think that as I'm in Philippines right now, maybe that I'm not allowed to connect from there (?).
yes probably, if your connection is restricted to just web stuff then it won't work because there's a firewall blocking the port it needs to use.

it seems the late versions of foobar have problems with ogg..
radio free robotron will go offline for now, but will return in near future when i get a chance to build a dedicaded streaming box. thanks for listening.
