That looks great man, i like the look of the thin, light pasta aswell, ...i really hate thick, stodgy pasta. Always shop carefully for nice thin pasta(i never made my own...im not stupid

Made some ultra chilli hot bolognese again. this time with prime quality ingredients: minced meat slaughtered today, spanish garlic, and klass-1 onions. special spices from greece. pasta was euroshopper though 
no cheese as i hate that shit. Enjoyed it with a bottle of chilean malbec.

I heard it is quite impossible to obtain any dairy products in China similar to ours in Balkans (cheese, yogurt,...).
Yes it's pretty bad....Feta is very expensive. The others also but easier to find...I'm forced to buy cheese online LOL, much cheaper. Non-sweetened yogurt is almost impossible to find. But for other stuff I go to Metro.

Which reminds me,.. have some pork & chorizo albondigas in the freeze...made far to many last time I had tapas, recon I has those tonight.

Tapas!...Jamon Iberico Bellota, and selection of Iberian Charcuterie(Salami, Chorizo) and those pork & chorizo Albondigas i made from the last time. I also made prawns pil-pil, and red pepper salsa but i had too much going on with the kids running around to get a picture.
