There was a slice of fillet steak left over from xmas...so I thinly sliced it down chargrilled it, brushed it with mustard and whacked it on top of my own cheeseburger. Meat nirvana.

Mediterranean Sea Bream with Ratatouille
I roasted off the veg for the ratatouille, with this Grim Reaper chilli/garlic oil....store cupboard essential, a depth of flavour i didn't know you could get from an oil. They do great hot mustard's too http://www.grimreaperfoods.com/index.ph … ommon/home

When I saw the post about the Banh Mi I had to make me one myself. Was good and refreshing, I like coriander very much. Looked up a place for Banh Mi here and will go there in the next couple of days, will report back.
You need to have some of this on top of the Banh Mi as well!
It's Sriracha, a Thai chili sauce with loads of garlic in it. It's great in or on pretty much everything.
edit: the stuff has me firmly by the 'cojones' once again. ate slightly too much too fast before leaving work.. flashes of cold sweat, mild nausea and goosebumps every now and again, but still highly enjoyable. getting to bed before the birdies wake will be a hard nut to crack tonight. luckily for me it's nigeria vs uruguay starting in a few, and game #7 of the nba finals begins at 3am on the espn.
