Went to Paris last september and used this list in discogs for finding recordstores:

Have checked out most of the stores selling vinyl which was nice but you really have got to have time to do that.

Recommended by me are:

Born Bad, Bimbo Tower, Betino's, Democratie, Boulinier (if I haven't forgotten any).  Best for me was the La Dame Blanche at the market of Porte de Clignancourt. Nice boutiques (about 7 selling records I thought) and there was even sold some old audio-equipment.
